Elle Harrison (Founder)

Elle Harrison is founder of Wild Courage where she consults internationally as a Leadership Coach and workshop facilitator. Her passion is guiding individuals and organizations through change, to find purpose and meaning in their work and to uncover creative solutions to the challenges of our time.

Elle began her career with Unilever, working in global innovation and marketing in UK, Thailand and Argentina. In 2004, she quit corporate life to embark on her own journey of transformation, following her curiosity across cultures, continents and philosophies to learn about intuition, creativity, transformation and the human soul. Her coaching and facilitation draw on the richness and diversity of these different perspectives.

Elle is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and has trained as a Wilderness Rites of Passage Guide with the School of Lost Borders. Her degree is from Cambridge University, England. She is the author of Wild Courage: A Journey of Transformation for you & your business.

As a coach, Elle is direct, down to earth, intuitive, insightful and compassionate. Her clients appreciate her ability to cut to the essence, see behind the masks and help surface their intuition and wisdom.

Kate Franklin
Kate Franklin is an executive coach, facilitator, and organization development consultant who has been helping individuals, teams and organizations to grow and change since 1998. Her background is in financial services, where she worked in HR and organizational change for over x years.

Kate is experienced in the design and facilitation of learning experiences in Change Management, Leadership Development and OD. She holds two post-graduate qualifications, one in human resources (CIPD) and one in coaching (Certified Professional Co‐active Coach). She is also a fully qualified Myers Briggs and TMSDI Practitioner, has a first class honours degree in Politics from Sussex University.

Kate's style is both warm and challenging. She has an unshakeable belief in peoples' greatness and won't settle for anything less in the learning partnership. Kate's clients describe her as knowledgeable, empathetic, firm, intuitive and 'brilliant at bringing out the best in people.'
Jim Marsden

JIM MARSDEN, MA, is founder of Lean In. Jim collaborates with clients to successfully engage personal, business or community transformation through high impact experiences.

Prior to Lean In, Jim led a variety of large and small scale organizational development initiatives within Hewlett Packard. With 19 years of experience at HP, Jim has helped HP to create customer-centered breakthroughs in innovation and related organizational transitions necessary for sustainable change.

Jim is a wilderness guide and leads quests for the Animas Valley Institute.

Penelope Mavor

Penelope is an internationally experienced leadership coach and consultant, with an integrative and intuitive approach to transformational change. Penelope's own journey has taken her from New Zealand to UK and Italy, working across public, private and not-for-profit sectors in both sustainability and leadership development. In 2009, surrendering to a life-long dream, she moved to Rome and set up her own practice ­Quintessenza Consulting.
 
As an accredited coach, Penelope combines a wide-range of perspectives and experiences ­including NLP, Transactional Analysis, an MBA and an awareness of sustainable development (MRRP and a Postgraduate certificate in City Policy). She has also authored a number of articles on Intuition in business, and is currently working on a PhD on Mindfulness in Leadership.

Alongside these formal qualifications, Penelope brings a natural ability to show up fully with people in a way that is both empathetic and challenging. Caring, curious and courageous, she encourages her clients to dig deep and explore the essence of who they are and what they do.

Rob Poynton

For Rob Poynton, 'career' has always been more of a verb than a noun. He stumbled through a number of London advertising agencies (including Saatchi & Saatchi and BBH) before moving to Spain, where he found a wife and a job as planning director of JWT.

In 1997, Rob co-founded On Your Feet, bringing improvisation into board rooms and businesses across Europe and USA. He is passionate about helping people access their own intuition and wisdom – through improv and other creative intuitive approaches. He is the author of ‘Everything’s an Offer: How to do More with Less.’

Rob has worked with clients such as Orange, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Saïd Business School at Oxford University. He has worked with MBA students and Zen monks. Rob works in three languages - English, Spanish and Spanglish. Rob lives in the Sierra de Gredos in central Spain with his wife, three sons and Real Madrid football season tickets.
