I move mindfully through my life.
I do less, but enjoy it more.
Time is as spacious as I allow it to be,
And winding rivers reach their destination too.
All the colours of life move through me,
Iridescent,
and i give them each my voice.
My true self cares only that I show up,
Be there fully with those I love,
And give my self freely to this blue-green earth
and its people that
I love so much.

I wrote this poem on Winter Solstice, 2019. How true it turns out to be. Our personal journeys and collective journeys are so deeply intertwined.
